Johnson-Mertz is the best place to get your home appliances. Frank and the entire team are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We have bought many of our items without even coming in to the store because we can tell them what we want and they send many ideas and links for our convenience. We appreciate this local business and won’t shop anywhere else.

John, the manager was very helpful and settling any issues we might’ve had. Mike seriously needs at least a two dollar an hour raise for his great work at my home. It’s rare to find somebody that is conscientious about service in the home.

Great service on the sales floor and delivery. Delivery people were friendly and did everything they needed to to get the old fridge out and the new one in. Another big box store in Duluth said they would not take the doors off the fridges to get them in/out of the house. So I was so happy to hear Johnson Mertz would do it all! Very pleased.

Extremely happy with Johnson Mertz. We purchased a stovetop and oven from them at the verrrrry end of November. Them and the installation team (3rd party) worked hard to ensure I’d get my new kitchen in time for Christmas.
